Open floor plans, fresh finishes and generous amenities are just a few of the things people should expect to see throughout Hunt Midwest Residential’s master planned communities.

“The Parade of Homes is an excellent opportunity for those considering building or buying new to visit our new home communities and view available homes,” said Jenni Mann, marketing manager for Hunt Midwest Residential. “Our builders work hard to make sure their homes are complete and furnished in time for the Parade, offering buyers - and lookers - a wide range of floor plans to tour.”

Mann encourages buyers to not only tour open houses but also tour the community as a whole. “Ultimately the decision on where to buy a home comes down to the location and the amenities offered in each neighborhood,” she explained. “Hunt Midwest Residential master planned communities offer swimming pools, playgrounds, walking trails, natural areas and even a tennis court. Make sure you visit these areas, too!”

The Spring Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, started April 26 and runs through May 11. Over 375 homes throughout the Kansas City metro are open daily from 11am to 6pm. Admission is free. Homes have been selling quickly.”
