Inspired Homes Announces Opening of Kessler Ridge—The Next Phase of New Longview

Building the home you deserve at a price you can afford...

Inspired Homes is excited to announce the continued build out of Lee’s Summit’s New Longview with the opening of Kessler Ridge at New Longview. Kessler Ridge at New Longview is a single family community built in the style and tradition of the existing homes in New Longview combined with the latest energy efficient features and practices. The first phase of Kessler Ridge, currently under construction, will be open for pre-sales beginning on September 15th.

The only departure from the existing homes at New Longview will be the addition of attached garages with street access. Homes will be priced from the high $200s to the low $400s and will be offered in a number of different styles which can be viewed at the pre sales center starting Sept 15, 2015. Walkout and daylight lots will be available with initial presales.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to become part of the New Longview Community and add to its quality and character,” says Ernie Wassmann, CEO of Inspired Homes. Kessler Ridge, named after George Kessler, the famous landscape architect who was instrumental in the layout and design of the Longview Farm, was known to many as “The World’s Most Beautiful Farm.” “Kessler’s legacy, and the legacy of the early 20th Century lumber baron, philanthropist and farm namesake Robert A. Long, makes this project an honor to and celebration of their vision.”

About New Longview
New Longview is a community in the style of a Traditional Neighborhood design reminiscent of the J.C. Nichols residential neighborhoods like Brookside and commercial use areas reminiscent of the Plaza. The site was once the historic R.A.Long summer homestead and was an operating self-contained farmstead employing hundreds of people throughout the depression. The stables were converted to what is now the most sought after elementary school in the Lee’s Summit school district. The Mansion serves as the areas event center, and the Pergola and Madison Park residential areas are near complete with residents year round. Plans are in place to continue the development of New Longview consistent with the style and trends set in place bringing back the vibrant lifestyle that once graced this magnificent site, truly a once in a lifetime and limited opportunity for a unique place to Live, Work, and Play.

Inspired Homes is currently building in Lee’s Summit, Missouri at the Kensington Farms community; Lenexa, Kansas at the Reserve community; Olathe, Kansas in the Huntford community; Kansas City, at Whispering Pines; Overland Park, Kansas at Stonegate Reserve; and Shawnee, Kansas at Timber Springs. They offer a variety of two-story and one-story floor plans starting in the low $200s with living space that ranges from 1,600 to 3,500 square feet.
