During the 2011 Fall Parade, C&M Builders featured entries in Johnson County in the beautiful, upscale communities of Mills Farm and Coffee Creek Crossing, and on the Missouri side in the resort-style community of Creekmoor.

Those who took advantage of the Parade of Homes, made a point to tour C&M Builder’s Grand Award winner from the 2011 Spring Homes Tour earlier in the year. Their 1 1/2 story plan, the Weatherford III is located at 11204 W. 164th St. in Mills Farm. This model was the highlight of the Parade.

Building Beautiful Homes...
"A person's or a family’s home can be the most visible evidence of who they are and how they live,” explains Chad. “The fundamental needs, lifestyle, tastes and desires of every home owner ultimately guides how we design and construct a beautiful, functional home that incorporates their personality so they can enjoy a home that lives with them. Being a semi-custom home builder provides us a lot of flexibility.”

C&M Builders conducts its business in a responsible and ethical manner while seeking new and creative ways to add value to their homes that the customer can easily recognize. The company’s incredible success can be attributed to these core values. Chad Buck represents the best of a new generation of connected, efficient and well educated builders. Although he does business differently than most of his predecessors, he feels bound to a time when business was conducted with integrity and trust was established with a handshake.

C&M Builders’ beautiful homes are synonymous with extraordinary design, quality, and innovation. C&M’s homes provide a solid investment for the families who live in them and are a testimony to C&M’s creativity and craftsmanship. Regardless of price range, every home from C&M Builders possesses one consistent standard feature... the “WOW” factor. This is where C&M Builders shines—Building homes you truly will enjoy coming home to.

“We are pleased and excited about how well received our products have been in every part of the city”, Chad expressed. “Regardless of where we build, we focus more on providing amazing quality, diverse, exciting floor plans and a new level of customer care than we do on how many homes we’re building each year. We let each home speak for itself.”

C&M builds in the area’s most prestigious communities. In fact, Chad seeks out developers of some of the most prestigious communities in the area. Developers who are proven and stable and are going to deliver on amenities and the level of community that most customers desire.

The newest community C&M Builders will soon be building in is the secluded, scenic community of Prairie Point. Prairie Point is conveniently located one block north of College Boulevard on Lone Elm Road in the highly rated Olathe School District.

When complete, the two-phase community will boast approximately 175 homes priced from the low $300,000s.

An extensive amenity and recreation package is planned at Prairie Point including a lake with fountain, paved trails with connections to schools, parks and regional trail systems and swimming pool complex that will include features such as a wading pool, large deck, Prairie-style cabana and a large covered porch with views of the surrounding lake and greenspace and more.

Regardless of where they build, C&M Builders continues to set the standards by which others will be judged. Speaking of being judged—the Fall Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City—featured beautiful, innovative plans by C&M Homes that were on display from October 1st - 16th, 2011.

The Parade was the perfect opportunity for home buyers to see how C&M Builders conducts its business in a responsible and ethical manner while seeking new and creative ways to add value to their homes that you can easily recognize. The company’s incredible success can be attributed to these core values. Chad Buck represents the best of a new generation of connected, efficient and well educated builders. Although he does business differently than most of his predecessors, he feels bound to a time when business was conducted with integrity and trust was established with a handshake.

...Beautiful Relationships

The C&M team knows how important it is to give back to the communities that have helped make C&M Builders one of the most successful home building companies in the region.

C&M Builders sponsors a team to walk in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk to Cure Diabetes in memory of Misty, the sister of Melissa Buck. Misty passed away at the very tender age of 27 on May 11, 2010 from this ugly, debilitating disease.

“Let me tell you a little about why this cause is so important to all of us at C&M Builders”, Melissa explains. “My sister, who suffered with diabetes, fought this disease that plagued her most of her life. Watching her, from the age of four, endure all that she had to go through absolutely broke my heart. Her passing at such a young age has inspired me to reach out in any way I can to help find a cure. Hopefully other families will not have to experience what my family did while watching Misty suffer through the years.

Every year at least 30,000 new cases of Type 1 Diabetes—the most severe form of the disease—are diagnosed in the United States alone, a large and growing percentage of them children. Day-to-day living is a challenge for people with Type 1 Diabetes—and multiple insulin injections are only the beginning. What's even more difficult is facing the reality of the devastating complications that can stem from their condition.

This is such a crucial time. Events such as walking help raise money that will speed scientists toward that cure. Every walker and every dollar brings the researchers that much closer. For more information, you can contact C&M Builders at 816-322-8118 or visit www.cmbuildersinc.com.
