boveri realty group
In fact, Boveri Realty Group is not only the most active relocation specialist in the urban core, they are now the largest and most respected. Working directly with over 700 properties (for sale and/or lease), has allowed Boveri to place over 2,000 households in the area. Boveri’s passion for Kansas City is how Boveri Realty Group came to be. Bringing people downtown to help start the revitalization efforts was her goal.

"Our sole purpose is to bring people together to live, work and play downtown," Boveri says. "There are so many projects underway in and around the downtown area, it can be confusing and overwhelming for the home buyer. We personally visit every new and planned project. We do the research for our clients."

Often referred to as a “boutique” firm, Boveri Realty Group is committed to educating their clients—setting them apart from their competitors. With over half of their clients coming from outside the KC area, Boveri Realty Group has implemented an Ambassadorship program. Boveri’s agents work closely with clients, spending the time necessary to show and educate them on the various districts of the urban core and what each district has to offer.

Christina Boveri's professional agents, the majority of which live in the downtown area, are knowledgeable and passionate regarding the revitalization of the Urban Core. The company is deeply involved in The Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Crossroads Community Association, The Urban Core Group, Urban Society of Kansas City, River Market Business Association, Chair for the Urban Homes Tour 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, Kansas City Convention and Visitor Bureau, First Fridays, Westside Can Center and Cornerstones of Care.

Giving back to the community while helping improve the city is an important element of Boveri’s business culture. In fact, it is now company policy that a portion of all revenues be donated to three charities that have been selected for 2011. These three charities will receive monetary donations and Boveri agents will further support them with their personal involvement and helping spreading the word of their causes.

Earlier this year, Boveri Realty Group raised money and awareness for Jackson County CASA. The vision of CASA is to ensure that every abused and/or neglected child that has come to the attention of the Jackson County Family Court, will find security in a permanent home. Their mission is to be a child’s voice in court. CASA recruits, trains and supports volunteers who act as advocates in representing the best interest of abused and neglected children. Recently, Boveri Real Estate Group has diligently been supporting the reStart organization. reStart Inc.’s purpose is to provide shelter and services to over 9,000 homeless individuals and families each year. reStart offers the only emergency shelter for runaway and abandoned youth ages 12-18 in the urban core of Kansas City. Street Outreach Services are offered to over 2,000 at-risk youth living on the streets. Right now, eligible donors to reStart's Youth Services program can take advantage of State of Missouri YOP tax credits—contact 816-472-5664 x228 for more information on how you can help vulnerable homeless teens in Kansas City get the services they urgently need. From now through the end of the year, Boveri’s focus will be trained upon the organization, Hope House. Hope House services were established to form a safety net of prevention, education and support for more than 10,000 victims of abuse every year. Residential and outreach services are provided through two secure locations in Independence and Lee’s Summit, Missouri (the Kansas City metro area). Each location features a 52 bed shelter, early childhood center, therapy space, administration offices and community training facilities.

Over the past 27 years, Hope House programs have expanded to include necessary services including outreach therapy, court advocacy, a safe visitation center, hospital-based advocacy, on-call women's advocates who work with area police departments and professional trainings on domestic violence for medical students, newly recruited police officers, corporations, hospital personnel and social workers.
Hope House's hotline and programs help more than 10,000 victims of domestic violence each year. For more info and how you can help –
